2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Rights Act, if you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person nominated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from us, but it is not obligatory. We will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to a person authorised by us to receive them, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of posting. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible to protect them during transit.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. For food supplements, if the product has been opened or used in a manner that reduces its value (for example, if the seal has been broken), we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the loss in value, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is faulty, defective, or does not conform to the contract (for example, wrong product, damaged in transit, or not as described), you have legal rights under consumer protection law. Please contact us promptly. We may require the product to be returned for inspection. Where appropriate, we will repair, replace, or refund at no extra cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or initiate a return:

  2. State the reason for your return and whether you are exercising the right of withdrawal or reporting a faulty product.
  3. We will respond within a reasonable time (typically within 2 business days) with instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
  4. Once we receive the returned goods and have verified eligibility, we will process your refund as described above.

8. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification or the returned goods, whichever is later. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
